All of our new projects receive seed funding from the Hitch Fund, which is a community fund granted by Hitch Marketing, a national behaviour change marketing consultancy based in Wirral. The grant is used to provide pro-bono services or is offered as a cash donation, depending on the needs of a new project. Each year at least one new project is funded.

Since the start of 2023 the Hitch Fund has helped in the following ways:

• Funded training, equipment and expenses post pilot of The Mountain Pass programme
• Funded the design and leadership of the Street Angels Chester pilot.
• Funded the Made On My Patch evidence base study, co-design and evaluation of the pilot.
• Funded the appointment of an Administrator to support programme development

As a charity, we are invited to design, with a view to pilot and scale, at least one new project per year in collaboration with community stakeholders, in line with our charity mission.
